1. Fasting will heal every part of your body that needs to be healed. Fasting cleanses the arteries and eyes; it enhances the nerves, the cognitive state and continence or temperament.

2. Sea Moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies need. It helps rid the body of Mucus, detoxifies the body, stronger joints and bones, nourishes your hair and skin, aids in digestion and so much more.

3. A Natural Powerful Antibiotic Recipe:

- 1 Teaspoon of Tumeric (Tumeric is Anti-Fungal & Anti-Inflammatory)

- 1/2 Tablespoon of Grounded Ginger (Ginger is Anti-Microbial. It fights against bacteria.)

- 1/2 Teaspoon of Grounded Cayenne Pepper (Cayenne Pepper is rich in proerties and is perfect for Fevers.)

- 1/2 Cup of Honey

- 2 Gloves of Garlic 

*Mix these all together. Recommend taking one teaspoon daily. This remedy will fight against existing bacteria, viruses and infections.

4. Circadian Rhythm:

     4a.m. - 12p.m. = Detox

     12p.m. - 8p.m. = Protein, Fats, and Carbs

     8p.m. - 4a.m. = Light Meals & Rest

70-20-10 Principle

- 70% of meals for the day should be carbohydrates/ancient grains.

- 20-30% of your meals should be protein. 

- 10-15% of your meals should be fats. 

 

  • Carbs break down into sugar into which supplies the body and brain with energy/InnerG.

  • Protein varies based on your need and what you're actually doing. Quick rule of thumb is to times your body weight with .32 (18+)

 

4a.m.-12p.m.

- The Body is naturally detoxing so we should drink water, juice, and tea to assist in that process. 

 

12p.m.-8p.m.

- The Body is the most active, this is where proteins, carbs, and fats should be introduced. If you want to lose weight the heaviest meal should be no later then 6p.m.

 

8p.m.-4a.m.

- The Body needs rest and if hungry consume only light meals or risk being fatigued upon awakening. 

 

5.  Drink one gallon of water a day. It will improve your metabolism, prevent headaches, helps flush toxins out your body, helps with constipations and so much more.
